The Order Status Page is essential for tracking your item through our manufacturing process, and also includes tracking information once your item leaves our facility so that you can anticipate your item's arrival.
If you are unable to located your confirmation email, please request a link to your Order Status Page by contacting our customer service team. It is helpful if you include your original email address or full name in your request so that a team member can successfully locate your order information.
Please note: the confirmation email is sent to the email address you used to place the order, and may inadvertently appear in your Junk Mail folder.
